You may drop off your computer/laptop to us by appointment only at our drop off/pickup location at 605 E. Center St. Marion, Ohio or we can pick it up from you. We will run diagnostic’s then call you with estimate of repair including parts and labor. All in shop repairs receive a complimentary internal dusting of computer components. This service is used to resolve corrupt operating system or software issues and virus infections too severe to remove manually. We backup your data, format the hard drive, reload the operating system and restore your backed up data. Included in this price we download and install all operating system critical/non critical system updates and latest service pack. Download Adobe Flash, Adobe Shockwave, Adobe Reader, Sun Java, and Microsoft Silverlight. If you do not have an existing anti-virus installed we will install current up to date freeware anti-virus with real-time protection to guard against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. Note: this service must be done at our shop for this pricing. We offer pick-up and Delivery service for $10 or you may drop off your repair to us by appointment if you prefer. The delivery area for this price covers a radius of 25 miles from downtown Marion, Ohio. Additional fees may apply if you are outside of this area. |

If you are unhappy with the service we provided, we will work with you in resolving the issue until you are satisfied. We do this because we value you as a customer. We are not satisfied until you are satisfied!
Emergency service is available 24 hours 7 days a week at double the normal service rates. Emergency service is defined as non-scheduled after normal business hours or weekends. Normal business hours are 8 A.M. – 6 P.M. Monday – Friday.
Payment is due on the date of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks.
Minimum billing increments of 15 minutes for established customers
